Hotel Navona in Rome

The Hotel Navona was very comfortable. Room was small but we were only there to sleep. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful with directions and information about our hotel. The location was walking distance to everything we were interested in visiting. The courtyard could have been landscaped. Bit of an eyesore when arriving. Bathroom sink was small, therefore water went everywhere. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning our room daily, and leaving clean towels. No wash cloths were available. Bit of a problem. It would also be nice to have water available and tissues. Overall it met our expectations.

The hotel was perfect for our family of four. Great location just a few steps from the piazza and delicious restaurants on some of the side streets. About a 20 minute walk to colleseum and 15 minute walk to trevi fountain and Spanish steps. The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly especially Claudia. The hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor and they have an elevator. I would definitely stay here again!!

Staff were very helpful and were very accommodating. They arranged transportation from airport and then to cruise terminal for a fee. Quiet if you had your windows closed. The only suggestion would be to have hooks or shelf in shower for towels, clothes and your grooming supplies.

Great stay in the heart of Rome!

Hotel Navona was a clean, comfortable stay in a perfect location. Extremely close to all tourist attractions. All of the concierge team was extremely friendly and helpful. We checked out early and they held our bags until our train departure. Small room but extremely clean and comfortable. Modern amenities. Right near Piazza Navona.

Do not be enticed by lower rates to stay in Navona Annex! Its a converted apartment and noisiest place I have ever stayed. Any next door conversation rings across the room. I asked for a fan, they dont have one.

Estamos muy felices de haber encontrado este Hotel en Hotels.com. Es una maravilla escondida en el centro de Roma cerca de la Plaza Navona. El edificio era clasico pero las habitaciones eran muy modernas, confortables y limpias. El desayuno estuvo excelente y Enrico nos hizo sentir como en casa, nos dieron indicaciones excelentes para transporte, restaurantes donde cenar y nos dejaron guardar el equipaje el ultimo dia antes de irnos al aeropuerto.
