This is a shabby looking hotel with 1940 elevator system. There is a very paltry breakfast even though the price per night I paid was over $200. This is ridiculously high. The hotel needs upgrades. The room was kinda ok they put together two bunk beds together to form a queen bed. The bathroom was extremely small. I would never choose this place again you feel you're back in the 1940s

We had a great time during our stay here, staff was really helpful and always helping if needed, the room was bigger than expected and really clean and the best part is that you have a lot of restaurants and stores around

This hotel is in a great location (right near Termini Roma) & has great service! It’s a bit dated, but it was clean, so not a problem. I would recommend this hotel. :)

THE PROPERTY I WOULD DESCRIBE AS A HOSTEL WITH A DOOR THAT LOCKS. THE SHOWER IS WAY TOO SMALL IF YOU ARE MORBIDLY OBESE OR 6FT TALL. THE PICTURE INDICATES IT IS ITS OWN BUILDING BUT IT IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR . NOT A BIG DEAL BUT CONFUSING AS TO WHERE YOU GO WHEN YOU GET THERE. THE STAFF IS AWESOME! We did not go to breakfast so I can't review it. it wa clean, great location from the train and subway to get all the sites. I would stay there again . we loved the restaurant next door.

Great staff. Marco and Paulo were fantastic. I needed to get a refund from a travel company and Marco volunteered to make the call on my behalf since I do not speak Italian. Daily breakfast was very good especially the croissants. I can’t say enough about this hotel. Great location near Termini.
