Perfect breakfast with wide selection of cheese. The room and the facilities are very clean. I rated 4 stars because the receptionist (the older man) was very rude and does not help at all and not knowledgeable of tourist areas. Hope the receptionist are knowledgeable and can adequately answer questions.

excellent hotel 4 direct blocks to Vatican museum. hotel is very clean and comfortable. the front entrance is directly new to entrance of a nice church. bathroom clean. staff helpful. markets and cafes nearby. highly recommended

Our room was small but very clean and had a comfortable bed. The reception desk staff were very helpful. They recommended a restaurant we enjoyed very much and arranged a private taxi for us the day we needed to be at the airport. The breakfast was include in the room cost and was very good!

Quiet Street, next to church. Within 10 minutes of Vatican and 15 of eating areas. Room was taller than it was wide but at least there was a proper shower.

Beds were like sleighs. We were given a handicap room, not requested, shower was broken, toilet was made for a giant, clean cups and glasses were not provide, coffee not replenished. Do not pay for breakfast or sideboard, food was sub par. Restaurant did not open on time ever. No place to put luggage except the floor and who knows when they were last cleaned. I do not recommend this hotel!

Highly recommend to stay in this hotel for a blessed pilgrimage, daily morning mass next door Church of Saint Joseph 'al Trionfale', have buffet breakfast included in hotel to start each day pilgrimage, walkable to Vatican City, and finished each day with dinner included in hotel. Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly and in English.
