Wonderful experience.

Hotel Piazza di Spagna is the oldest hotel in the Campo Marzio neighborhood. The standard room and bathroom are a little on the small side but the staff are wonderful. Everyone was professional, courteous, and friendly. The hotel is a very short distance from the Spanish Steps. I recommend Ristorante Al 34 across the street and Antiqua Birreria Viennese around the corner on Via Del Croce.

Wonderful location, service, and hotel

This was our launching point for trips to Florence and Venice, as well as where we stayed for our time in Rome. So three reservations on and off over 12 days. The staff was fantastic, the rooms were nice and clean, the location is perfect as it is right by the Metro and the Spanish Steps, and the rate was very reasonable. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Rome!

We loved this hotel starting with the welcome and information from Alessandro. It is in an excellent location, with restaurants, shopping and sites to see - and all the atmosphere that Rome offers. The Spanish Steps are two minutes away. Excellent neighbourhood restaurants, patisseries and Gelaterias in the doorstep. My room had a beautiful terrazzo floor and a Juliet balcony and the sounds of Roman life and music and song drifted up to my room making the most memorable experience. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I spent 3 nights there - needed a week. Highly recommended.

Very nice stay. The room and bathroom were clean and the staff were nice. They offered to help us book a taxi to the airport and made good recommendations for a restaurant. The area was touristy and we heard some music at night, but not loud enough to prevent us from sleeping well.
