Clean, comfortable. Friendly staff and good food Only small concern was that window in room looked directly onto old brickwork so No natural daylight. Would request a room at the front of the building next time. Other than that. Fabulous stay

Quite upsetting. Hotel was one hour late at check in, old Roman style hotel with little maintenance, shower not clean and service kept to a strict minimum. Would never go there again.

A vary nice hotel in a good location.

A vary nice hotel in a good location. The service was excellent and it gave an impression of a small hotel although it was in fact a large one. The hotel is well maintained and is quite beautiful inside. The room was a decent size in spite of the fact that we booked the smallest room. The breakfast was excellent. Location wise it was close to restaurants and shopping as well as within walking distance of such attractions as the Colosseum, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Transportation was right out side the door with convenient bus stops and the metro was a short walk away.

Nice old hotel with high ceilings, decent size rooms, beautiful modern shower. Breakfast was great, located in city center but still quiet. Walkable, very nice. If you are not creeped with ancient stuff in your hotel, dressers, paintings, everything is old and antic than this hotel is not for you. My wife loved it, i would’ve preffer more modern stay but, overall we had good experience. The stuff at front desk can get antsy in their answers, but i contribute that to lack of english expression. We will be back

Wonderful stay

Super nice old hotel with such elegance! We felt like royals. The ceilings are very high and decor traditional but not worn out. Bathroom functional and beautiful- amenities in room perfect. A/C ice cold! Coffee and fridge great. We had a deluxe room overlooking the courtyard with a gorgeous huge tree in the middle and sounds of birds. We arrived early way before 1430 but room could not be accessed early. It was fine and we sat in comfort in bar and lobby and waited after having lunch. A
