Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Check in was easy. Hotel room was large. Air conditioning made for great relief from the exceptional heat of the day. Breakfast was buffet style with a huge variety of sweet and savoury options. Great hotel, would highly recommend.

Rooms decent size but the a/c in the rooms were a joke. Rome had a heat wave and the a/c was not working. Added to it they gave us rooms on 6th floor with no elevator access. Had to carry luggage from 5th to 1 floor up via stairs. Breakfast was decent but pretty much same menu. Not many restaurant options in and around this location. Had to take bus towards central and get down at intermediate stops for more food options.

Disappointing experience. Don't waste your money

Quite dispappointed with the stay. As hotel is very aged & in poor condition. Rooms are old & small. I have rated oaky only due to good service. Even the breakfast was not great. Cereals at breakfast were cheap & soggy. I will not recommended this place to stay with Kids.

The room was too small and the bed was too small. I never saw that much small room before. I couldn’t even take it. So I complained about it. They changed to a little bigger room and charged me $37 more each night.
