I had gotten bumped from my flight and was so happy to find this hotel with 24 hour desk service. There are several stores and restaurants nearby. Cussltomer service is a priority. The bed is the most comfortable I've slept in after being in 5 hotels in the last few weeks. Ron is very clean and offers a nice amount is storage, va small fridge, v desk, very clean bathroom with hot water, a toilet and bedee, and very condors towels. Can adjust the heat and item windows without issue. I am from a city so nose does not bother me. There was a concert that wrapped up at 8 pm. Only bosses were traffic and restaurant patrons until early morning when recycling and trash trucks are loud and there was an odd noise at 7am, like vacuuming or work being done close by. If definitely stay here again and if I did not know I was a couple blocks from Termini, one would not know. It's very convenient to busses and trains and walkable. As with every city, watch phones and wallets in Rome.

Pros: close to train station room was average, not super fancy but still nice complimentary water but tasted disgusting (better off drinking from the fountains) good amount of towels but need to request new ones by leaving them on the ground Cons: beds were alright if not a bit hard blankets could be better and felt like they weren’t really washed the worst part was definitely dealing with the staff- extremely confusing and frustrating given that they switch staff members every couple hours or so and their understanding of english seems to be limited given the amount of misunderstandings we had when trying to resolve the issue, staff was not very accommodating or helpful but rather dismissive and condescending. overall, I would have chosen a different hotel somewhere else in the city and even splurged more to have more pleasant staff and avoid the headache. save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.
