The staff are very friendly, and the hotel location is excellent — very close to Termini Station. For us, the hotel was mainly for sleeping and showering, and it worked perfectly for that. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good — there weren’t many options, but everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were also very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.

Very close to the station and good supermarkets. Breakfast better than expected and the barista delivering excellent complimentary coffee was a really nice touch. Bathroom was perfect with good shower. Too bad the beds were rock hard and the doors not sealing properly to the door frames with noise from corridor leaking plenty.

The hotel was centrally located and close to the train station. The room was cleaned very well every day, which was nice. However, the bed was really खराब — you could feel the springs through the mattress. There was no duvet, only a thin sheet with a blanket. Both the drain in the shower and the sink were slightly clogged. The towels felt more like dishcloths than proper towels. The breakfast was really poor — although their coffee was actually very good. All in all, it was an acceptable stay, but definitely not at the higher end of the scale.
