It is a spacious accommodation that has every possible comfort, which will allow you to spend a unique stay at the Eternal City. The apartment is located on the fourth floor with elevator.

According to the provisions of national law, the temperature to be maintained in the house cannot exceed 22°. Heating is managed by the condominium and follows the following schedule: 7:00-10:00 / 17:00-7:00.
The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate 10 people. It consists of three double bedrooms (one of which has an en-suite bathtub), a quad room (consisting of 1 double bed and two single beds), two large bathrooms with showers, living room with bioethanol fireplace and fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator (the elevator is very small and can only carry one person at a time).
It is completed by a small, but pleasant terrace, overlooking the Roman rooftops.
