📍 Location Please note that the hotel is located in an industrial area. It's a bit inconvenient, as you need to take a bus before reaching the train station. However, there are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. 🚰 Room Amenities Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide complimentary bottled water in the room, which was a bit disappointing.

I asked the front desk to be woken up in the morning so I can catch my slight. They did not call. For a hotel where LOTS of passengers stay to catch their flight, this is truly terrible service.

This place at the start was very accommodating for an early check in, but the room didnt have AC that worked. At dinner time we went down for food but were told by the staff dinner was over and we could not order food.. so we got a few drinks and sat outside on the patio, and watched other people get served food.. 2 hours after we were told they werent serving dinner anymore. Not sure if their was a miscommunication, or they just didnt want to serve us.. either way I was not thrilled. It served its purpose as a place to stay after the long flight into Rome. But for the €55 cab ride from the airport .. literally 10 minutes.. it was not worth it. And their wasnt much to see or do that didnt require a vehicle

A bit disappointing

We had stayed here 2 years ago and everything was better at the time. It seemed like the hotel is getting old (this time the phone in our room did not work; the air conditioning did not blow cold air; breakfast was poor in quality not in variety). The staff was really nice though, and helped us with some calls we needed to do from the reception as our room phone did not work. Also, staff at the breakfast station was very friendly.
