We had a long flight and arrived early, Andrea helped us to get a room immediately and make us rest right away. Very thankful for his help. This place also offers transit to airport, which is so convenient. A place very close to the airport. We had a very relaxing day of stay in this place. The room was big and clean. The staff are attentive to our needs when we arrived.

Most Accommodating Hotel in Rome!

We were rushing to catch a Vatican tour and only had a few minutes to check in with eight visitors. The hotel let us check into one of our rooms early to store the bags (which included a stroller and car seat). This was very helpful. We also needed a ride from Vatican City back to the hotel in the evening, and the hotel set up a shuttle for us, too. They were incredibly helpful. We used their airport shuttle service in the morning which was a van large enough for 8 people and all luggage. This was a welcomed changed because most vans/Ubers we used during our week long stay only sat 7 people and were very small. The hotel receptionist also gave us good suggestions within walking distance for meals. We had a great experience overall.

Don’t even try this hotel

We checked in, but within half an hour something broke in the toilet. It was unusable. We informed the staff at the lobby and explained that we couldn't stay in a room with a broken toilet. They promised a refund, but neither the hotel nor Hotels.com ever followed through. Be warned – this place isn't worth the risk. In fact, the hotel phone number seems to be disconnected

This place was great. Very close to the airport. About 30 mins away from rome city center. Plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. They kept it cleaner than anything in the us would. Had a balcony larger than the room including the bathroom. Great place to stay and def will be coming back

Absolutely not a place to stay at. It is definitely nothing like the photos posted. It's old, nothing updated. No extra bedding available, we had to use towels as pillows. The mattress was secured to the bed using zip ties. The shampoo came in a small little packet like a condiment at a restaurant. Speaking of restaurant, they do not actually have one. The "breakfast " they serve is coffee and old muffins and it's not even complimentary. Aside from the housekeeping staff, the service is terrible. And the shuttle is more expensive than a taxi to the airport.
