The room wasn't ready until almost 5pm, there is no staff, the phone number no one ever answers. My key stopped working for the outside door and I was stuck outside for 4 hours until another guest let me in,

This was a good stay but a few things to note. When we arrived first thing I noticed is that shower smelled of cigarettes and we booked a no smoking room. They do not provide towels only bathrobes. Their is no one who comes to replace anything, take trash nor make the bed throughout your stay. The bed had no blanket when we arrived so I found one in the cabinet nearby which I later realized the next morning had a stain on it. The location was great and the window was nice as it’s kinda like a balcony. Also The staff was nice and helpful.

The check in procedure is not described on Hotels.com and they did not respond to our messages, there's nobody there to help and they didn't make up the room once The AC system didn't work well, thermocouple stuck on 31 C, so AC on full, then 2nd day it was fully off... Nice lighting, nice hot tub but lights awkward to figure out, also need card in wall to keep lights on which is annoying when one person leaves. Oh, and the bathroom is like....in the main room with a thin glass door. New couples beware, you'll hear each other poopin'. We took turns leaving the room 😅

Room was a good size. Staff were friendly. Above a restaurant so noise might bother some people. 10 steps with a heavy suitcase is a bit of a pain. Towels were ridiculously small. No laundry facilities.
