Clean and central locations

The location of this b&b is perfect, right on the middle of it all, clean and fairly spacious, all was fantastuc especially the ac during our stay in rome, in mid july.

The property is exactly as pictured — stylish, comfortable, and centrally located. The split AC units were a genuine lifesaver during the heatwave and kept the apartment consistently cool. A couple of things worth knowing before you book: the apartment sits on the second floor above several restaurants that stay open late, and noise was significant well past 1am each night — something to consider if you're a light sleeper. Additionally, the physical key to the building's main entrance didn't function during our stay. We were directed to a phone-based entry link, but spotty cell service made it unreliable, and we frequently had to contact the manager via WhatsApp or wait for another resident to enter or exit. It was a frustrating inconvenience that I'd hope gets resolved for future guests.
