In the room I chose, the curtains were not tight. Although there were iron gates outside the window, the light would still penetrate into the room, so I had to tie a knot for the curtains. Because we were tired and wanted to have a quick rest, we found that the plug of the washbasin was blocked when we washed, and the water could not flow down. I had no choice but to go downstairs and find the staff. Fortunately, the staff immediately changed a room for us.

The room was a very comfortable for 2 people, the location provided easy access to public transportation options and restaurants. The service was excellent - staff were very helpful and accommodating.

I was given a room in between 2 floors, likely a servant quarter on bygone days. The room was dark and tiny with a bed and 2 small night tables, and nothing else. There was no shower stall and the shower head is literally on top of your head as you enter the washroom. The room did not look anything like the photos shown on the web site. I protested and mentioned I would never book with Marisa again that I was offered accommodation in a nearly hotel owned by the same company. I found the experience totally unacceptable.

Great hotel right next to Termini station. All staff efficient, attentive, friendly and helpful. Excellent "buffet" breakfast with a mixture of hot and cold choices. Only stayed one night as transferring further South, but would definitely stay again.

Although the room wasn't in the main hotel it was just around the corner and excellent instruction from the check-in staff made it easy to find the room which was in secure location, accessible via a lift which was was helpful for those arriving with multiple luggage. The room was very clean, quiet and had all the modern amenities: plenty of towels, hot water with good pressure, and complimentary water and coffee and a very comfortable bed. The location is superb with Termini just across the street.

Room was clean. Asked for ice, got 2 small paper cups. Staff was very helpful to arrange taxi to airport at 4 in the morning. I thought complimentary breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Location was perfect for our stay and sightseeing. Never stayed in Rome before.

Stayed for 2 nights at the end of a 3 week vacation. I am sure that the main hotel is wonderful, but we were put in the annex building. The second we walked in to the tiny room, all we heard was construction. The floors above us and the hall across are all under construction. Jack hammering, banging and smashing noises from the ime we got there, till 6 pm. Then started up the next 2 days at 7:30 in the morning. We asked if we could be moved but were told no. The front desk I don’t think even realized there was construction going on as they looked very puzzled when we told them. There was no coffee pods although we had a coffee machine, water in the fridge on day one, that was it, and half a roll of toilet paper. There was an area in the corner by the window that smelled of urine. Quite possibly the worst experience in a hotel in all my years of traveling. Oh and an the last day we got up(thank you construction) and the water was off. Nothing like getting ready for a 10 hr flight and not being able to have a shower. Like I said. The main hotel is probably beautiful, but if you get stuck in the annex check out immediately .

This hotel is located across the street from the Termini train station in Rome. It was also very conveniently located by a Hop on Hop off bus stop. The hotel was nice and clean. I would stay there again.
