Disliked: Amenities
The lights in my room were burn out, and the TV didn’t work. Room was clean and she did a good job in the in between day. Don’t like it is real keys when travelling alone. The check in , may attention to detail as you have to message ahead. If you need something train station it works for value for money.

It was absolutely disappointing! The location was good, well, the place was not as advertised. We were there for four days., every day we had a tour book so we pretty much didn’t stay at the hotel but once we got back at 9 PM for a nice shower, we only had hot water for five minutes. Beds were uncomfortable. One pillow per bed. Toilet seat top broke., shower handle broken, you had to do a special move to be able to turn the water into turn it off. It was a disaster.. they mean luxury suites but it was just a share space with the plastic cover balcony, no privacy whatsoever… no Wi-Fi!! in order to research everything for our trips I had to walk down the end of the hallway. We reached out to complain several times and we got the same answer that it was gonna be checked, but nothing changed. once I book this hotel, there is no reviews on it., so that was totally my fault to even book in the same place. We went on the same weekend as the pope died, so Rome was super busy and we didn’t have many option. I thought that because of the location, everything is gonna be great., but I wish I would’ve spent more money to get a better place!
