Gorgeous property with great location. Staff was helpful in arranging our transportation from the port. We didn’t get the room I booked and was set on, however they did accommodate us by upgrading the room we were given. Communication was a little difficult and sparse.

The property location is very good, close to both Bus and Metro station. Most of the Rome attractions are within walking distance and you can avoid the traffic by walking. Lots of restaurant options along with breakfast options as well. Room was spacious for 3 and they also provided two bottles of complementary water which is a great gesture. However, even though the hotel description mentions elevator availability (we specifically looked for this option because of my injury), keep in mind, not all rooms have elevator access. It is up to your luck whether you get a room with elevator access or not (we were not lucky). This is deceiving in my opinion. Taking one star off for that. The front desk is not 24/7 available. So, if for some reason your flight or train is delayed, you may have some issues checking in. At the end, I would expect the front desk receptionist to be more professional and take ownership of the issues. During our visit, there was a water leak which caused the stone stairwell to be flooded. When we got this issue to the front desk person, he tried to shrug the issue of and tried to push us to use the flooded stairs (you dont even know if that is a toilet leakage). Taking two stars off because of this incident.

Staff was very friendly. Spacious room - we used the room called “Style” and It was big enough for family of 4. Water pressure was good and strong WiFi. But shower water drained so slow that it becomes like a river after 5 min shower. Toilet flushed very loud and it could wake up everyone if you use it in middle of the night. Having small patio in the room was very cute and overall experience was very positive. Location was perfect to walk everywhere.

Family of 5 Visiting Europe, this was our first stop as part of our June 2025 vacation. Great location with easy access to the Barberini Metro Station. Close to the Trevi Fountain and a 15 min walk to Termini Station. Many near by places to eat, spacious rooms, and equipped with coffee maker and microwave; perfect for a traveling family.

No complaints for where the property is located. It is highly accessible and within walkable distance to many landmarks and restaurants. We ended up visiting many places we never thought of visiting just because it is around the corner we can easily walk to. The noises are mostly bearable although we were just unlucky to have endured a large party with loud music close by until after midnight during the first night. Jean Pierre was excellent in checking us in and showing us the room and facilities. But the other person at the front desk we had to deal with afterwards had the worst attitude for someone whose job is to accommodate customers’ needs. Apart from that it was a good experience overall.

We loved staying here, very stylish and comfortable. The location was great. The only grumble we had was there was no hot water in the hotel on our 2nd day and we received no apology for that. Other than that it was a great stay.

Convenient location with no street noise. Easy access to Trevi fountain, restaurants and a supermarket. Smooth check in with helpful staff. Room was big but bathroom small and the room had a small window with only weak wall lights so the room was really dark. This was the only negative part of the room and other rooms may have a better positioned window and balcony or ceiling lights.
