Staff were polite. Location was excellent. The bar was well priced and breakfast was good quality. Only point to flag is the hotel gym does lack a lot of basic equipment so if your a serious gym goer you would be better finding a local gym

Hotel staff was friendly, I also liked the convenience of it being near a lot of places. However it did have a weird smell after spending 3 nights in the hotel. Also it looked a little old which I understand since it’s an old hotel. Also, there are many homeless that stay outside near the hotel. Overall a good pick if you’re near the area and need somewhere to stay.

This hotel is for people who do not have high expectations or standards. It’s simple and boring. nothing to it really. Free breakfast was good. Location was right next to Colloseum. The bed was comfy. However My room was small and had no coffee or tea. There was no where to flush the toilet. The floor was definitely not cleaned or vacuumed. The walls are very thin, you can hear people talking and snoring.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I arrived early and was able to store my bags until check-in, which gave me time to explore the area right away. The room was spacious and clean. The only issue I experienced was with the hot water in the shower. I informed the front desk, and they promptly sent someone to fix it. While it worked that evening, the issue returned the next day. I reported it again, and they quickly sent someone up to resolve it. The breakfast, however, was fairly mediocre and not something I would choose to include again. That said, I would still stay here in the future. The location is excellent, and easily walkable from the train station and close to many popular tourist destinations.

There were many issues. First of all, the employees were not very helpful. Secondly, the hotel lacked many of the amenities that were advertised, such as, bar, concierge, room service…there was a restaurant that offered a small, stale breakfast that was more often empty trays than full. The pasties were not fresh. The selection was meek at best. The other restaurant was very limited, half of the small menu was not available. In addition, the restaurant was not open at the dedicated times. My recommendation would be to skip this place!

The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel itself was beautiful, loved the decor around it. The room was a good size for the 2 of us, the only problem was the door to the terrace didn’t shut fully, but it didn’t bother us because we liked the bit of air coming in. Breakfast was decent, as well! Train station close by and easily accessible and was also an easy walk to the colosseum.

An older hotel but very well maintained, great staff who are very helpful. Just 30 secs to Vittorio Emmanuelle train station. Very clean and excellent breakfast. Many eateries in the vicinity. Will definitely stay here again on a future trip to Rome.
