This hotel is so cute and tucked into a quiet corner of Rome! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean andcomfortable!

The AC is not cold and it is sweltering in June. Staff turned off the AC daily when we were out. Bathroom had no counter space. There’s no ice machine. The hotel is down a dark alleyway. Otherwise a convenient location.

Location for the property is amazing and it is very easily accessible to very touristy places. The room we were in was a bit outdated, could be updated with paint. The worst thing was it had mosquitoes and the room we were given (which was not the one booked) was on the ground floor and beside a courtyard and right next to reception. It was a bit noisy but we remedied that with a white noise playlist. Overall, we just wanted a clean place to stay and we wanted to get around with ease.

If you book this hotel do not pay in advance. When we arrived they told us they didn’t have a room for us and asked if we could stay at a similar property. That property was not nearly as nice even though both were three stars. When we discussed this the staff was dismissive about it. We ended up paying for another room last minute due to this.

We had 5 amazing nights in Rome at the Navona theatre hotel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival and our room was ready prior to check in time which was a pleasant surprise. Housekeeping staff were also fantastic. The central location also meant that we did not rely on taxis or public transport at all during our stay. Everything that we wanted to do/see was within a walkable distance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome

First of all, we booked the Navona Theatre Hotel (***) but got a room at Adrianus Hotel (**). Adrianus Hotel - it is a flat with three of fore separate rooms which is situated 300-400 m out of Novona Theatre Hotel. Very loud place, if you open the window. If not open the window - you can't use the conditioner in cold mode. As staff told me - the owner of the hotel does not give permission to use a conditioner. No telephone in the room connected to the reception. The reception is closing at 22:00. What was good? The room was clean and friendly staff. It is not recommended to book this hotel in the future.

Lovely room but very noisy

Lovely room, very modern and next to lots of bars restaurants. However these bars and restaurants are open until 2am everyday and then the bin lorry arrives at 6am to empty to the glass. Would not recommend if you actually want to sleep
