Excellent location! It is very easy to miss. There is a tiny elevator to go to the floor for hotel. Max 2 people 2 luggage is what we had and thats all that fits. Not a problem for us. When you enter very nice staff to assist. We were early and they allowed us to check in. We went out and there was some rain they allowed us to choose some umbrellas. The room was perfect for couple nights stay. Good size. All you need to sleep and explore the town. Walked all over Rome and Vatican. Never needed a taxi or uber. Only to airport. Lots of places to shop and eat. Memorable experince for my husband and I. Would recommend a stay here. Felt safe and amazing location.

Clean and central place to stay in Rome

Nice clean comfortable place to stay. Well located for central tourist things being about 15 walk from most things like the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Palazzo Venetia, Termini etc. Obviously it does not have the circulation areas of a regular hotel, lobby, bar, breakfast room etc. so whilst very adequate, it does not offer the full hotel experience.

Great place just be aware there are stairs to clim

Our stay was fantastic, the only issue was the elevator did not go to our floor so being seniors and with the luggage we had it was a little rough. The room, the service and the location was great!

Our stay was great! The front staff that greeted us when we arrived was super friendly and gave us our room early. Was great to have a elevator, it was small but efficient and fit 2 adults and all our luggage. Room has a nice little balcony with a great view of the street but was quiet when the doors were closed. House keeping came every day to clean and replenish coffee, towels etc Everything was great!
