Friendly staff

They had no idea we were coming and were not available for us to check in - we had to check into another hotel for the first night and spend extra money. The second night we were put into one location but had to move back to our original location the third night. So we were never really settled the first three nights. It was not what we had planned. The man who was trying to help us the second day was really trying to be helpful but he was not in charge directly. Also, no one spoke English so we had a devil of a time communicating and it took a long time.

"Olimpica Relais" por precio y calidad muy bueno!

Las 5 noches fueron como lo que nos esperábamos y es mucho decir hoy en dia, gente muy amables, servicios bueno, lugar limpio y aseado, desayuno no era en el mismo lugar pero estaba bien nada del otro mundo pero bien, y no podemos decir nada malo del sitio, repetiremos si vamos otra vez a roma, y lo aconsejo a que vayáis, por precio-calidad está muy bien!!!!

Pésimo me pidieron más dinero

Terrible, reserve habitación para 5 personas y obviamente hoteles.com me arrojó este hotel en donde indicaba que la reserva era para 5 personas en una habitación, pague la reserva y al llegar al hotel me prohibieron la entrada argumentando que no me podían dar una habitación por ese precio que debía darles $50 euros más como no quería aceptar me dijeron que ni modo y que cancelara la reserva tuve que darle el dinero para poder dormir esa noche terrible

good location

Very well located, walking distance from vaticano, easy access by metro/bus, friendly staff; in the other hand they didn't clean the room during our stay (and we were there for 3 days) and the breakfast in a close bar, it's a bit restricted in the offer, overall, good quality vs price relation.

Soggiorno a Roma

Buona soluzione per visitare Roma, quartiere tranquillo, gli alloggi (4 camere) sono ubicati all'interno di un palazzo signorile ed estremamente curato, la posizione è strategica e ben servita da mezzi pubblici sia autobus che metropolitana (linea rossa), abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia della camera e la disponibilità del proprietario.

Hallo uns wurde einfach die Decke weg genommen weil es ein anderes Zimmer es bräuchte und wir sollten einfach die Heizung auf drehen sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Frühstück ist nicht wie beschrieben sondern ein Kaffee und ein Süsses Gebäck dazu wurde nicht 1 mal sauber gemacht und Toiletten Papier wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt musste man sich selber kaufen. Dann konnte man den Vermieter nicht erreichen sowie die Höfflichkeit war echt Mangelware bei dem Herren. Das " Hotel " ist auch nicht wie beschrieben sondern in einen Mehrfamilien Haus eine Wohnung mit 3 Zimmern die man sich mit Fremden Leuten geteilt hat !
