Positiv: Verkehrsgünstige Lage in der Nähe des Vatikan, das Zimmer war modernisiert und zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, also kein Strassenlärm, es wurde täglich gereinigt Negativ: keine Rezeption vor Ort! Die Unterkunft schickte 2x ein PDF in dem veraltete Zugangsdaten beschrieben waren, welche nicht funktioniert haben, außerdem war ein als Schlüsseltresor umfunktionierter Briefkasten für den Lift-Schlüssel für uns nicht zu öffnen, weil neues Zahlenschloss verbaut Keine Reaktion auf Anfrage an die Unterkunft über Expedia-App Sehr umständlicher Check-in über Tablet mittels Foto's vom Gesicht und Personaldokument Fazit: Wäre nicht zuerst die Gebäudetür offen gewesen und hätten wir später nicht von freundlichen Mietern den Code der Tür erfahren, hätte das wohl mit der Übernachtung in die Hose gegangen - also lieber ein Hotel mit "richtigem" Personal buchen (war mir aber vorher leider nicht klar)

Do not stay here. When I arrived the toilet was…full. Disgusting. And the hotel staff did not care at all. No apology. No nothing. I was given the wrong instructions on how to use the elevator (the link they send in the informational email is wrong) and spent an hour trying to get ahold of an unresponsive front desk (they has disconnected their phone). The hallway leading to the room is dark and dangerous to return to at night. This place is awful. Not worth the price at all.

Struttura nuova, molto accogliente e confortevole, procedure di check in mediante totem semplice e rapida, elasticità nell’orario di check in e check out mediante possibilità di utilizzo del deposito bagagli gratuito. Personale immediatamente disponibile per supporto nelle procedure e/o richieste di info. Non c’è la possibilità di fare colazione ma è presente un corner snak per caffè, tisane ecc gratuito. Esperienza complessiva ottima e con un rapporto qualità servizi/prezzo eccellente, ritornerò grazie ancora.
