Hotel is conveniently located just minutes by foot from the Termini train station. Spacious rooms. Clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with typical Italian breakfast fare as well as bacon and eggs. The maritozzo are delicious. Staff was friendly and courteous. Within walking distance of most sites.

So glad we stayed here!

Staff was so helpful and accommodating and the property is very clean and attractive. Breakfast was included and it was one of the better breakfast buffets we’ve had. It is conveniently located and in walking distance to many sites (17 min. walk to the Coliseum). Highly recommend a stay here!

Walking distance to Colosseum, 15 minutes; Basilica of Santa Maria Magiore 2 minutes. Very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast buffet with good variety of dishes. Rooms comfortable a little small for 3 guests and a little expensive when converting to Cdn $.

I highly recommend this hotel for Rome trip. It is about 15minute walk to the Colloseum, and Roman Forum. The Hop on Hop off bus is just across the hotel and St. Mary Major Basilica which is one of the 4 major Basilica in Rome is just few steps from the hotel as well. The room is very clean and updated . The facilities and the design is well thought of. There is a lot of options for the breakfast. Will definitely stay again in this hotel for my future travel in Rome

This hotel became our home away from home. Staff were so kind and helpful - always generous with their time and suggestions. Easy 15 minute walk to the Coliseum and many wonderful restaurants and a couple of grocery stores within a safe, short walk. Breakfast had anything you’d want including lovely pastries and fresh fruit. Truly a wonderful place. If we return to Rome, we will return to this place. Our home away from home.

Lovely home away from home. Clean, convenient and considerate. Highly recommend this beautiful accommodation as it has an amazing breakfast, and is in easy walking distance to colosseum, many restaurants and the train station.

Overall a Good Stay, but one experience Was Disappointing The hotel’s location was excellent, very central and easily accessible to most attractions. Check in was smooth and efficient, and the room was comfortable. It’s worth noting that the hotel is located on the fourth floor of a building, which may be a bit of a process for some guests, though manageable. During the night, there was a recurring metallic noise that slightly disrupted sleep, but aside from that, I enjoyed my stay until breakfast. While the breakfast was complimentary, the service unfortunately left a negative impression. The staff member present appeared unfriendly and unwelcoming. She did not make eye contact and began clearing items from the buffet even though I had just arrived. What stood out to me was that she paused to ask other guests who appeared to be local if they still wanted certain items before removing them, a courtesy I was not extended. This inconsistent treatment was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Hospitality, especially in such a diverse city, should be inclusive and respectful to all guests, regardless of background. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to ensure a more welcoming experience for all visitors.
