This is a great place to stay with a great breakfast to start your day. It is walkable to the Colosseum and many great restaurants a short distance from the hotel. The taxis are all outside your door for other sites like the Vatican.

Breakfast was excellent - in fact, our flight arrived at 7am and we were offered breakfast before we even checked in for the day. They held our luggage and we strolled to the nearby cathedral, returned by 10a and were allowed early check-in. LOVED the proximity to the train station, but not so close as to be touristy.

We arrived in Rome very early after a red-eye flight and even though we were there well before our check-in time, the woman at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and helpful. She got us into our room and offered us a place to hang out and grab breakfast while we waited. The room was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Absolutely would stay here again, this was such a nice, comfortable stay. Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at Princeps Boutique Hotel. We arrived earlier than our check in time, and the staff was super accommodating to ensure we got a room as soon as it became available. Christina promptly texted us as soon as a room became available and was so kind to give us both cappuccinos and Italian crossaints. We highly recommend staying here!

Excellent location, the junior suite was very spacious with excellent view of the cathedral. The hotel is located on the 4th floor. The main floor entrance could prove a challenge for people with mobility challenges. Very good breakfast with 24 hour access to coffee and hot water for tea and bakeries.
