The entrance to the property is very, very dark. It's up a hill and you must walk up to get to the property using your telephone flash light. They only provide a shuttle to the train station, but you are not able to locate the location, because there are no signs. The buildings looks very modern; however, the rooms look ancient.

me pareció HORRIBLE el hotel, nada parecido a 4 estrellas y a lo que lei en los review. Por favor no se queden en este hotel. Mi habitación era horrible, daba miedo, el banco todo lleno de mod en el techo y siempre se abria la ventana del bano y entraban los mosquitos. El desayuno sin aire acondicionado y muy mal desayuno TERRIBLE. el wifi HORRIBLE, lo único bueno fue que tiene estacionamiento para los que rentamos carros y esta cerca del metro, de resto no me quedo aquí mas nunca y espero escuchen consejos.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is misleading as it is a good 50 minute journey from the centre of Rome. The wallpaper in our room was peeling and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. There were no instructions for the TV so we couldn’t use it. The bathroom was outdated and so didn’t seem clean. The pool is quite small and was always full as there isn’t that much seating. We ate dinner at the hotel once and the food was very disappointing, my pasta was cold and it was rather expensive for what it was.

dissappointting, it is not a four star hotel.

The food is terrible, dont ever book the half board or full board. The place isnt hygiene, rooms arent cleaned properly, spiderwebs are on the walls, mattresses are very old, restrooms are smelly, as soon as you enter the reception area, the smell from the bathrooms hits in your face, outside of the hotel looks like a rubbish tip, lawns and plants arent trimmed.I give credit to their restaurant manager Mr Zaid and a gentlemen from the reception, i found them quite helpful.

Well we did not like most about this property, there were too many problems in our stay. The room was big enough but difficult to understand even how to turn the handle to get comfortable water in the bathroom. The safety box did not worked or better the instructions to follow were wrong. they promised internet at the hotel but only worked at the lobby so you had to get down from a 4th floor to use the phone. The outlets were damaged. People at the service desk act courteously but did nothing to fix the complains. Finally the entrance road has not maintenance.

The hotel was kinda far from the local city centre area so getting around was somewhat difficult. Only taxis and Uber’s to get around. I spent more on trips more than anything... breakfast wasn’t good and just overall experience wasn’t good.

The rooms, reception and the dining areas were very large and clean, and most of the staff were very friendly. However there was NO WiFi in the rooms, even when I went downstairs twice and asked and each time they said they would take a look and address this, nothing was done for our whole stay, they didn’t offer us to change rooms either to see if we could get WiFi in another room. This was important as we needed to plan our transport for our excursions as there is no place to buy bus tickets in the area, taxis are very expensive, and nothing is really within walking distance. Thankfully the hotel provided a free shuttle in the morning and evening to the local metro station, which was very helpful, and the driver was lovely. The pool pictured, was not in use, and in a gated, fenced off area, so do check this before you look forward to spending any time around the pool. And lastly breakfast in the mornings is served from and til a reasonable time, there is cereal, fruit, bread, meat, cheese and pastries. The bread is quite often hard and stale, and the meat looks like it is left over from the previous meal, but the fruit was nice and the hot drinks were great! Lots of teas and a delicious hot chocolate.

Bar staff was untrained . Soda was 2.75 a can ??? My room phone did not work for 3 days until I got mad and yelled . This hotel has potential but needs better management . Neither the bar,restaurant,or the front desk has change . I was actually stunned by the inefficiency of the staff .

Hotel is good, i recomended, it is very clean with good breakfast, everyone was very helpfull, rooms are very good and clean. But it is far from the city center, you have to take bus from the hotel to the metro line. Also rooms have mosquito.

Hotel hotel big tour groups

I this hotel is average. The hotel is clean, serve a fair breakfast, staff is friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service to the metro is very handy. The hotel offer good wifi, and free parking. However, the hotel is geared for big tour groups. Couples and families are squashed into a terrible small breakfast room in the basement, with few tables (looks like the place for the janitor or basement storage area). Tour groups gets the nice big breakfast room with windows and sunshine... When using the shuttle be aware that the hotel does not assist with a queue system. People waiting for long time (or that arrived first) are pushed out of the way by rude tourists that simply push in and take a seat (seems fairly common in Italy). The driver will then shrug his shoulders and say - not my problem. Many of the chairs were broken (in our room, and also around the dining areas.)

The wallpaper was peeling, TV plug was jury rigged and didn't work. Called reception, they came and fixed it, but it quit working the next morning. WiFi would not stay connected while I was in my room.
