Breakfast was great, lot of selections, presentation was superb. Staff was very helpful, our balcony room was clean and very nice. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Bonus balcony room, was nice to sit outside and relax.

Check in is a bit wonky since you have to go to the 2nd floor of a building that has no signage for hotel. After that all smooth. Small room - as expected. Clean. Great breakfast. Wonderful staff. Would stay again for a few days.

My husband and I stayed here in September 2025. What an amazing gem! The building itself is amazing and so well kept. The service here is better than any 5-star high end hotel you will find. Anything you might need, they have it or will help you with whatever you might need. It was raining while we were there and they provided us with umbrellas and I overheard them being so helpful with all of the other guests as well. Extremely walkable location. Many shops and restaurants close by. We walked to all of the attractions as well. The breakfast was outstanding. So fresh and an amazing selection of items. Every day, they also have a whole table full of snacks, free for anytime you need a little something - homemade baking, fresh coffee, nuts, it was such a nice touch. They also offer a private shuttle to the airport for almost the same price as a taxi - which I highly recommend. They arrange it all for you. Very clean. Highly recommend this property!

Great location, best breakfast, the only downside was I am a light sleeper, and the noise from the street was loud. I slept with a brown noise YouTube video and earplugs. The hotel itself was wonderful and I highly recommend it to any deep sleepers.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s in a great historical location, just a short walk from Piazza Barberini, Villa Borghese, the Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety, and the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Perfect spot close to the city center — highly recommend!

Relais Donna Lucrezia was a lovely sanctuary for our first trip to the eternal city. The property was quiet, unique and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic, but the real highlight was the staff. From the minute we pressed the buzzer, Nelson (and others) were available to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and tend to any of our needs.

The resort is in a great location, and the rooms are comfortable. The resort does offer airport transportation, but it comes at a premium cost. I recommend using a city taxi instead, as it’s much more affordable. Be aware that the resort will not voluntarily mention this option and will try to promote their own service, even if you ask directly. We experienced an issue with our Expedia reservation, where our children were listed as under one year old. The resort was able to accommodate us, but at an additional nightly cost. They did offer free breakfast for the kids, which was a nice gesture, although the options are quite limited if you do not eat pork. Still, it was nice to have a small bite before heading out for the day. One concern was the attitude of the manager, Nelson. When issues were raised, he became very defensive and even intimidating, raising his voice instead of listening to feedback. He seems very protective of the establishment and unwilling to accept constructive criticism. Another point to note is that the city tax must be paid in cash only, which felt a bit inconvenient and questionable. Overall, the location, rooms, and frobt line staff with the exception of Nelson were great, but there are areas where the service experience could be improved.
