Place was clean and well located. Far enough from termini to not be busy but close enough for a quick walk. Mario is great! Make sure you can use you phone because there isnt a set office or hours but mario communicates well and will make sure you get into your room. Make sure you are in touch prior to arrival because you will need the door code, if you show up at midnight without communication you may find yourself out of luck on the street looking at a large wooden door.

The room was clean. The bathroom is also clean. Just take note that there are no toiletries provided. Mario was very helpful and friendly. We loved the location because it was close to Roma Termini, a grocery, and there are several dining options.

Mario was an incredible host. He was so quick to respond to queries. The most telling point about this guest house is the centrality of its location. It's less than 7 minutes walk to Roma Termini.

Overall, a good stay for one night before flying out.The host was absolutely lovely and we were able to store our bags both before and after our stay. I wasn't anticipating that our private bathroom would be across the hall, so to get to it you had to unlock the bedroom door, and cross in front of the people in the public kitchen area. This was definitely awkward. The bathroom wasn't well lit. The proximity to the station was fantastic, and there was a good supermarket very near

Adequate accommodations, which was good enough for this brief stay. Room is small which was ok. Many small repairs could be made to dress the place up and make management look like they care for their guests. Place was clean. Shower unit was a bit fragile. Management should put themselves in the place of traveler to be more empathic.
