I really had no interaction with the staff because I came in late at night even check-in was after 10 so there was no one at the desk but it was easy to check in on my own with their instructions. The place is so convenient. It’s very typical places to stay in Rome in the city of Rome it’s old and that’s when you go there for to see the history.!!

The good? Amazing location!! 10/10 for walkable to Vatican. We also walked to the Coliseum but it's a long walk. Great side alley location with lots of food options and shopping. The bad? Toilet ran had to giggle the flusher, shower head broken and would fall, ac was loud, and the bed was so hard sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. Otherwise very safe area
