A FUIR! HORRIBLE! PUNAISES DE LIT Etc...

A FUIR! Dès le lendemain de notre arrivée, nous nous retrouvons avec des piqures sur le corps que nous pensions être celles de moustiques. Durant notre 4ème nuit, nous sommes reveillées par des insectes rampants sur nous. Après recherche sur internet nous comprenons très vite qu'il s'agit de punaises de lit. Nous attendons le reste de la nuit l'arrivée de la personne en charge de l'entretien pour lui faire constater la situation. En soulevant le matelas nous découvrons les traces d'excréments de punaises de lit et du matériel entassé dans le coffre du lit notamment une échelle de travaux. En déplaçant le lit, nous découvrons des excréments de rongeurs derrière la tête du lit. Nous demandons donc remboursement souhaitant quitter les lieux au plus vite. A notre demande, nous rencontrons finalement la propriétaire extrêmement agacée et qui sans s'excuser, hurle sur nous et remet la faute sur les autres voyageurs. Nous avons dû quitter le bnb grâce à l'intervention de la police qui a demandé à la propriétaire de nous établir une facture au jour de notre départ et a exigé le remboursement de notre taxe de séjour payée totalement à notre arrivée à l'employée sur place. dans ces conditions, désinfester nos affaires avec du produit désifesticide pour ne pas infester notre nouvel hotel et rechercher un autre logement en urgence. Nous avons finalement été remboursées pour le reste du séjour non réalisé dans ce BnB, grâce à l'intervention de Hotel.com qui avait organisé notre séjour.

No era lo esperado.

No era lo esperado , nuestra habitación no disponía dé baño y el primer día usamos el baño de la habitación continua que amablemente nos facilitó la huésped que la ocupada. La duela solo apareció el primer día del check inn y los días restantes nunca se vio. Sin duda alguna recomiendo busquen otra alternativa a la hora de pasar sus vacaciones en Roma.
