The location was excellent, and the staff were even better. Whilst there isn't 24/7 on site presence, this was made clear beforehand. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good quality.

Elisabetta and her team at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early in the morning and they held our luggage so we could enjoy the city until our room was ready. The breakfast was delightful- great selections of croissants, meat, cheese, fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice and tasty coffee. There was an elevator to help with baggage, although the beautiful old marble steps were lovely to occasionally climb. As are most accommodations in Europe, the room and bathroom were a little on the smaller side, but this did not detract from a great experience. Everything was clean with fresh towels daily and cold water provided in the mini fridge. The location is perfect and walkable to most attractions, with bus stops a few steps away in the street. Also several restaurants very close by and the staff were always helpful in giving recommendations. Will absolutely recommend to friends and visit again for future trips!

The concierge hosts were so kind and helpful. We loved our stay. Breakfast and coffee was a great start every day. We walked 11 miles a day seeing everything from Vatican City to Trevi and Piazza Novana.

It was the most memorable stay. Everyone is so helpful and sweet, especially administrator Elisabetta who is so kind and nice, she helped us with everything: tickets, call to agencies etc. rooms are clean and breakfast is amazing and delicious. Staff were incredible and provided us with plenty of information for trips and things to do, also providing a restaurant list. The breakfast was fantastic, so many options and amazing breakfast staff Room itself was cosy and had air conditioning, everything we needed was there and staff were on hand to assist. Only drawback was a non full length blind and the door buzzers being rather loud after hours. I think this was due to room selection. 4th floor for the hotel, a lift is available, a consideration for some.
