A hiccup with check in as hotel.com did not send through the separate bed requests and it was after hours but the hotel management were extremely kind in offering us a complimentary second room for the night. Amazing

Loved our stay!

Exceptional front desk staff. So friendly and helpful to us and see she spoke perfect English. The roof top breakfast buffet was over the top fabulous...from the freshly squeezed OJ,the coffee,eggs,bacon, and on and on! The lovely man who made my cappuccino endured all the guests were well cared for. The only down side was the construction noise from the adjacent building.

Our stay was truly memorable. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every area was well cared for, which made us feel both comfortable and safe during our trip. The staff, especially Elizabeth’s, were outstanding, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations that gave us a truly authentic Italian experience. The location was ideal, with everything within walking distance, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. This was our anniversary trip, and staying here made it unforgettable. We are so grateful for the warmth and hospitality we received and would highly recommend to anyone visiting.

Great location! We will definitely be staying here when we come back to Rome! On the listing it says hot tub and spa, they do not have either. Not a big deal but if you’re wanting either they don’t have it.

Little gem in the centre of Rome.

Fantastico! We had to make a last minute booking due to another property letting us down. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the delightful Elizabetha (spelling?). The hotel is on the 4th floor, easily accessible by lift, of a lovely building. We walked to all the key attractions and didn't find a need for transportation. The hotel room was small to medium size and was spotlessly clean. We upgraded (small cost) to a room with a lovely bijou balcony which we sat on each evening. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast buffet which was well stocked with friendly staff serving freshly squeezed OJ and speciality coffee. Bottom line is that we would definitely stay again. This property is a little unique when you first get there because you need to go to the fourth floor to check in…. But the room was clean and the staff was a 10 out of 10….. also there is a great breakfast in the morning up on the roof that is included. This hotel is very convenient to everything. There’s lots of great restaurants and easy walking distance to a lot of attractions. I would highly recommend it.

Close to riverwalk & Castle. Walkable to many main attractions including Trevi fountain, St. Peters, and the Vatican. Not a ton of food options but more than enough quality options that we did not eat at the same place twice in the five nights we stayed

Our stay at Vitoria Colonna was excellent. The location is perfect. We took public transportation once and walked everywhere else. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will return to one of their properties. When we were there the wifi was out (+6 days). It made it difficult to work, but we survived.

Very friendly staff. Good location and walkable to attractions or take a bus just down stairs. Good breakfast. Just be aware that the elevator is tiny and the waiting can be long sometimes. If you have problem talking the stairs sometimes, it could be a challenge.

We had an excellent stay. The property was clean, walkable to all of Rome. The staff was helpful and kind. They arranged and airport transfer that was easy. The only negative was the few days we were there they had a problem with Wi-Fi so there was no Wi-Fi. Huge bonus was in the room was one US. Would absolutely go back again. Elisabetta and staff were wonderful!

This place was amazing! Not only did Elisabetta answer all of our questions, but she sent us additional information on options for traveling to the port. We tried a few of the suggestions for dinner and they were all excellent! If/when I come back, this would definitely be my first choice for a place to stay.
