We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is on the 4th floor of the building its in. The set up of the hotel is also unusual as it is in two parts the left hand side is Reception a dinning area and rooms the right hand has another dinning area and more rooms. There is a lift but its on the small side.The room was comfortable

I like the fact that breakfast was available every morning. The staff is small so you see the same 2-3 people everyday. What I didn't like is the breakfast/maintenance guy coming in my room while I was gone when I hadn't requested services. I'd left my personal belongings out because I wasn't expecting anyone. I also didn't like that the front desk rep was not prepared for my VIP upgrade so she offered me a suite room that she had available. I had to call them to clean up some dead bugs, the shower bottles needed to be refilled, it just wasn't prepared. The property could use some upgrades but it was ok for its purpose. The room did heat up nicely. She was, however, quite helpful and I appreciate that. I didn't care for the hotel's transportation service which gave me the creeps as to how it is handled; I called an Uber just to be on the safe side. Overall, I didn't like Rome. The people were unfriendly and racist acting, especially in the shopping districts. I'm over Italy altogether... glad I experienced it and I never need to return.

Nice comfortable room in great location
Excellent locations with really nice clean and modern rooms. very good breakfast and snack throughout the day. The only negatives was there was no hot water for Showers, advised staff at the time and they were aware of the issue but it wasn't fixed before we left also spa facilities we booked out so were unable to avail. Over all a positive experience. Excellent location as you can walk to most historical sites.
