Great property. Great terrace. Stairs can be a little rough. Great communication before but during... a little slower. Still great. With great surroundings.

The conditions were not acceptable. The place was not clean. The walls and doors were filthy and rotted. 2 of the pull out beds were broken and unable to sleep in. The patio door did not lock. Water pressure was a dribble. Shower leaked. We were given one set of keys that broke in the door when used and they made us pay 10 euros to have another set made and did not get them to us until 2 days later. Overall very bad living conditions not at all what we expected. It was located in a very high end district and that was good.

The outdoor terrace was a nice amenity to have. The apartment was spacious and gave us plenty of room for 5-6 people. The location was excellent. Very clean.
