Fabulous little Rome hotel - a real gem.

Fabulous little hotel. Great location around 10 minute walk from the Vatican. Small and friendly guest accommodation with a handful of clean comfortable modern rooms. Great host who kindly left snacks plus water in fridge for us. Feels very safe and secure and rooms very quiet despite busy location. Nice neighbourhood with restaurants shops and bus stop few minutes away. The owner kindly arranged our private transfer from the airport to hotel after liasing by email.Highly recommended and great value....a real little gem 👌

Comfortable Self Service & remote watapps help

Located at a short walk to San Angelo Castle, as well as 15min walk to Vatican City as well as Piazza Navona across the other side of Tiber River. Surrounding areas has many restaurants and a few supermarkets, plus an airport bus stop to FCO. Room is renovated and very clean, bath room is modern, happy with the stay. One suggestion is to have an individual hair dryer coz the current build in hair blower take a bit more time. Camilla provide very fast response & support via watapps.

Residenze Adriana is a perfect place to stay if you come to visit Rome. 5 minutes walk to Vatican and old city area. Plenty of restaurants and bars surrounded. Very quiet and safe. The residence itself was clean and the host very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back to stay in this place in case we have to be in Rome

Very nice property and pretty clean. Lobby wasn't what I expected. I did not see the breakfast location, so wasn't sure where to go. Difficult to spot the location. However, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating!

The owner was very nice and accommodating. However, the check-in was a little weird. No one was there. We were given a door code to let ourselves in and get the keys. We didn’t see anyone until the next morning. She was very sweet, and even helped us get a taxi scheduled. It would have been a little better if there were someone on site for assistance.

So noisy 😞 rooms just not suitable

Great location that’s it! These apartments are so noisy. You can hear every noise from the cars going past to the continuous banging in the hallway from early hours. The dividing walls between the rooms might as well not be there. They’re like paper you can hear people snoring in every room. All night long! You can hear everything they say every movement they make it’s absolutely horrendous, you might as well all be sleeping in the same room as the other 4 rooms as that’s what it feels like. Me and my wife didn’t sleep for four nights in a row and have never experienced anything so bad. Camilla, the hostess is a lovely lady and we could not vote her the only highlight of this place

The owner Camille was very helpful giving us directions days prior to our stay and even help us with booking with the attraction ticket and places to go. She was very accomodating and friendly which is big plus for me . The only thing is the wifi, it can’t reach in our room but otherwise it was a good stay and the room was cleaned all the time . I will highy recommend the place and will definitely come back . Thanks Camille

This property had everything to be excellent, it was clean, fully renovated and the front desk lady, Camilla, was wonderful. However, it should not be considered as having a breakfast included as you are given a 2-euro coupon per person per day as a discount against any purchase at a close by local bar where 2euros doesn’t even buy you a simple coffee. By the way, this property couldn’t even provide you with a box of cheap Kleenex/tissues. Lastly but most importantly, somehow even though our room was a basement unit and it was only March and cool outside, the room was extremely warm and the air conditioner unit wasn’t working, we couldn’t sleep for the 2 nights we stayed there.

Lovely welcome, couldn't have been any more helpful - Thank you !! Great location as its walking distance from St Peters Square or to the Vatican Museum, and around 10 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps. For a budget break to Rome, clean and functional and great service, you cant beat this.

This is not a real hotel but a B&B in a step down from pavement level establishment. No external sign. Big park across the street and a bit challenging to find especially at night. The room was decent in size and the property manager worked hard to make sure me and wife were taken care off even in off hours. Walking distance to the Vatican. Recommend taxi or Uber to other tourist attractions or train station.

Amazing hostess for local restaurants, transportation, etc. Really she made the stay in Rome so much easier. The units themselves felt upscale and very clean, lots of room and a comfy bed. We could hear voices through walls but it was not an issue for us. Felt like a great value.
