Hotel was in a convenient location and staff were very nice. Only issue was our tv was crooked when we checked in. We told staff about it and when we came back it was readjusted but a few hours later it was crooked again.

I will leave my complete review on google and trip advisor with pictures later. 5 stars to cleaning. 2 stars for reception and staffs, especially the gent who checked us in and didn't even offer to send someone to help us on our luggage and carryons. Breakfast staffa used to ask other guests what they want to drink,but always skipped us except if we aks them. 4 stars for the area surrounding the place which is almost 30-40 minutes away from attractions. 2 stras for the room which is super small and only good for one person with a carry-on. 2 stars for the elevator from 1st floor to other floors that two person barley fit in it. 5 star for the decorations of hotel. As mentioned will add more details with pictures in google and trip advisor.

This is a nice property with very friendly staff. The rooms are a bit smaller than the average hotel room. The elevators are small. It can be challenging to fit yourself and your bags in at the same time. The area around the hotel has restaurants and shopping. It is very close to Piazza del Popolo. It is a short walk to sites like the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Check in/out was quick and easy. The private transfer to and from the airport was very convenient and the car was nicer and cleaner than the city taxi’s.

Roman gem

Elegant hotel, rooms compact but beautifully decorated, fun to explore, excellent hot/cold breakfast. Located close to underground metro and within walking distance of Vatican City. Staff are business-like and understand English well. I had some difficulty, though, understanding THEM and I think I wore their patience a little. But I would definitely consider staying again when next revisiting Rome.

We enjoyed the location of this hotel near the metro and Borghese FmGardens, Piazza de Popolo,etc. Friendly staff. Decent free breakfast. The room was clean; but tiny which is the reason for the 4 stars.
