Modern, new hotel in great location
Warm, friendly staff lots of little extras which is rare for Europe, complimentary tea/coffee in room, free mini bar goodies on arrival, coffee allday in lounge area. Great location, easy walking distance to everything. Huge rooms tasty buffet breakfast.

I highly recommend this 5 star hotel

Location:Close to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, shops. This hotel is in the centre of everything, but down a back street, so it is nice and quiet.
Whilst this hotel is rated 4 stars, it should be 5 stars. Our stay here was far better than the 5 star Hotel Danieli in Venice. From the greeting at the door in English to the soft robes and slippers, as a hotelier myself, I could not fault this hotel in any way, and it situated walking distance from most attractions, especially the Colosseum. The food was "molto bene" (very good)! Breakfast was astounding. They had every food imaginable, including the most scrumptious jam filled croissants, custard-cream filled donuts, and cakes for breakfast. I grabbed a couple of quick photos of one side, but the hot food side didn't turn out. - sorry! The bed was a little firm but still wonderful, and the finishes throughout most definitely 5 star. Sitting in the bar with a wine or caffe latte, served with complimentary h'orderves was second to none. The staff did everything they could to please. If I ever travel again, this hotel is at the top of my list.
