Made stay at a different hotel

In route they text we had to stay at a different room. No choice as one room had a toilet problem. Apparently it was our room. It was so very small and scary and uncomfortable to stay. It was very rs noisy. I disnt want to stay there. I wanted the hotel i chose but they make it seem like you have no option. What do you do? The bed was aweful. Communication was not easy. The location was not where i wanted to stay. It was not pretty. Im extremely unhappy about this.

Schon etwas mehr erwartet. Zimmer wahren nicht so groß und hübsch wir auf den Bildern daher kleine Enttäuschung sonst war es in Ordnung.
