Self Check in Option. APARTMENT WITH ROOF TERRACE! Bright and lovely apartment with roof terrace. In the heart of the historic center of Rome near Piazza Navona and Pantheon, equipped with free wi-fi and air conditioning.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a historical building dated back to ‘600, with no lift. It can accomodate up to 5 people. The apartment has a living area with sofa convertible to a double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen, a wide bathroom with shower, a bright double bedroom with vaulted ceiling with frescos and a small single room. From the living room you can access to a roof terrace where you can admire the typical roman red roofs and enjoy a rich breakfast under the sun!

Several upgrades would take that place from average or slightly below, to very good.The single bed in the hallway had a very torn corner on the bed ruffle. Looked like a dorm room. Replace or put the torn corner facing the other way so you cannot see it. The awning on the balcony was also torn from its rope and flopping around. It is moldy so needs to be replaced and rehungVegetable peeler in kitchen would be useful as well as a cloth to supplement the sponge which was used and not very appealing. An extra tea towel would also be beneficial. And one very important detail that everyone left out is that the apartment is 82 old and uneven steps up with no elevator. That’s a detail that needs to be mentioned. Otherwise we had a lovely time and the apartment is cozy and bright because it’s at the top floor

This property is as described. It was walkable to all our activities around Rome. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was also quiet, which can be rare! It is a lot of stairs, which was fine for us but it is not accessible for those who cannot walk up four flights of narrow stone stairs. Our only complaint was that there was not enough toilet paper for our five day stay and the host told us they leave one roll per person regardless of the number of nights booked. Not a big deal obviously, we were just caught off guard. I would recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay again.

The apartment was in a fabulous location, close to everything. We liked that it was quiet and plenty of space. The 4 flights of stairs were a little daunting at first but fine after a day or so! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome. Property was clean, well kept and in an amazing neighborhood! Walkable to Vatican City. We were able to organize an early check in and enjoyed the terrace immensely. Unfortunately the amount of stairs were rough with suitcases and Wifi only worked in the living room of the house. Beautiful apartment

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is great. Right across from the beach and walkable to cafes, Old Nice and The Castel hike with the waterfall and beautiful views.

Prime location in Rome

I loved being able to walk all over old town Rome. We felt in the center of everything while still being on a quiet street. The apartment is on the 5th floor and no elevator, so keep that in mind especially when traveling in summer. It wasn’t an issue for us. Location made up for it. There is a nice outdoor patio and we enjoyed having drinks/snacks there. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Happy with our stay.

Very nice stay

Once inside apartment, it was delightfully clean and accommodating for my husband and me and our two granddaughters. Nice bathroom facilities with a great shower. Except for climbing up and down 4 flights of stairs, it was a good stay. As I recall, the online description didn’t exactly specify the amount of stairs.

Wonderful location. We walked to all the key places and enjoyed the food and vibe of Navona Square. Near a supermarket and many excellent restaurants. Walks were 25-35 minutes through interesting small streets. Felt very safe.Apartment is funky, lovely patios (3!), small kitchen.Downside is 83 steps of stairs and no elevator not easy with luggage.

The apartment was perfectly located: 5 minutes walk to Piazza Navona, 10 to the pantheon, Vatican, Castel St Angelo and the Trevi Fountain. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was just as shown. Communication was excellent and we would recommend the car service to and from the airport, a little bit more expensive but very reliable. Overall we had the most wonderful 4 days and would highly recommend this accommodation - even the steps to the apartment wouldn’t put us off! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
