once we got there it was very confusing. There was no one answering the door . We were there for 45 minutes trying to figure out how to get it in. There is a phone number on the door. The owner was very rude about it. He emails you the instructions the night before your arrival. Wich we had no idea. The next day another person arrived and had the same exact problem she said she had been ringing the doorbell for 2 hours. She was as confused and the front door neighbor had to help her out. It was just hard to understand his instructions.

This is a comment about the STENDARDI S HOUSE room with private bathroom inside the room (room 4). I would give this room 5 stars mark if it was not about the issue of constant sewage smell in the bathroom, permeating into the room. Keeping all the time the windows open, the bathroom fan on and the electric air freshener at maximal setting made the odor bearable. Still, it was not pleasant situation. We wrote about the issue to the hotel through Expedia messaging, but there was no reply or action. It is a pity because otherwise the hotel is good: clean, well equipped, very rapid wi-fi, good location (food market and groceries, restaurants and many buses). However the shower cabin was small, so uncomfortable for a large person. The check-in instructions were very detailed and clear, and it was possible to pay the tourist tax by credit card online before arriving. Still, if we knew about the smell issue we wouldn’t book there.
