The apartment is situated In the center of Rome, near the Colosseum and at corner of the basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore

The apartment is situated at 4° floor, with elevator. The flat is great 65mq with a beautiful Balcony of 5mq, here there is a table with a chairs where you can enjoy the panorama of the city and get a glimpse of the magnificent Basilica of St. John in Lateran!

There is a parquet in all the flat. Here can leave comfortable 5 persons.
There is a luminous living room with an elegant table with chairs, one double sofa bed and one single sofa bed very comfortable and stylish, a large SMART TV and an efficient A/C; in the bedroom there is a new King size bed, a big closet and a large window.

Also there is a big and fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, ecc.

The bathroom is new, very clean and elegant, with hairdryer, shower and new washing machine.

The apartment is Unlimited Wi-Fi!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was fantastic—close to all the major sights but still in a real, local neighborhood. The place was clean and comfortable, and I slept well. Great location! Grocery and restaurants close. Loved the small terrace for morning coffee. Very clean. Only issue was the hair dryer is not meant to style long hair. Kind of an issue for 3 women. Brought my own but it wouldn’t work there.
