First the positives: the room we stayed at looked like it was newly renovated. Hotel is located not far from termini and a metro train station for those who want to take public transportation. Restaurants nearby. Hotel staff was quick to fix the issue when we checked-in. Thank you!
The negatives: On check-in at around 3.30pm, we were given a room that was not ready (bed was unmade and room left messy by previous guests). This was rectified straight away however when we went down to reception desk (we were given a new room). Room has a balcony which cannot be opened for fresh air. Would be nice to look out and see something green instead of just 4 internal walls! Maybe a vertical garden would be nice here, Room felt very cramped (compared to little, quaint hotels we stayed at in Barcelona and Madrid). Walking at night around the area felt a bit daunting! Not sure whether I would stay here again. Probably better to stay within the city centre to save money on taxi fares.
