This is my favorite hotel in Rome. We always stay. Accommodations are updated, hotel is clean and comfortable. Food is good. Only issue is the smoking area is right outside the hotel doors and the smoke comes into the lobby. They need to move the smoking area.

This hotel is run by criminals. I agreed to pay a premium rate in order to pay them at check in as my group of 44 people was changing and growing and IO wanted to pay for the exact amount of rooms I needed at check-in. The hotel decided to cancel my rooms saying that Ihad provided an incorrect credit card. I protested via hotels.com and then they cancelled my rooms saying that I requested cancellation which I hadn't. They then rang up my Amex card for several thousand dollars. I contacted hotels.com again and they reached out to the hotel and the message I received back was that the hotel was overbooked and could get more for the rooms than I had agreed to pay. Don't stay here. I never will!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was super clean and large for a city room. Location was PERFECT! We were able to walk to everything easily and it was close to the train for our departure. Highly recommend.

Reasonable hotel in good location. Poor ventilation, AC is turned off when summer is over, so if you like to sleep in a room that’s cool, best to ask for one of their cooler rooms. Staff were professional and nice, though, breakfast mediocre, staff there were pretty snooty.

Close to Termini station. Very quiet rooms, no street noise at all. Very comfortable bed. Pillows were a little small so we asked for 2 more. Nice thicker memory foam ones were delivered.
