Both room and bathroom are quite big and clean. Staff are very friendly, they also provide free bottled water for guests. Location is good close to Rome termini, easy for tourists. The only issue is the surrounding area is a bit messy and it is noisy even during the night.

Excellent hotel

Very convenient location easy walk to all major attractions in Rome. The room was extremely clean, the staff was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. Would be staying here again definitely.

Superb customer service

Really excellent welcome at the front desk. They talked us through how to navigate Rome in a short term. Room clean and shower very powerful. Quite a good location, away from busy parts of Rome.

The room was great! The only issue is the shower head didn't work well, it only dropped slowly, but we used the handheld adapter! (We didn't complain). Other issue was it's right in a busy area and we HEARD EVERYTHING! GARAGE DAY was the worst, but it was kinda authentic to hear the sounds of Rome! I still loved stay here!

Staff were friendly and accomodating. Hotel was just off a main street but was very quiet. Central to all the main sight seeing attractions and near a metro station for going to the Vatican. Would definitely stay again.

Home from home

Location of property was excellent. 10 mins walk from Terminii Station, 20 mins from Spanish Steps and 15 mins from Trevi Fountain. Entrance hall appears quite dowdy from street however the rooms are great once you overcome the slight reticence experienced on arrival. Rooms serviced every day. Staff very friendly and helpful.
