The apartment is located in the heart of ancient Rome, near the important Basilica of San Giovanni, Terme di Caracalla, the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and not far from and well connected to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain.
The apartment is very bright and is only a five minute walk from the San Giovanni and Re di Roma underground stations.
The 60 sq m house has been completely renovated and elegantly furnished. All rooms are air conditioned with air conditioning. The floors have been replaced with a new parquet, soundproofed windows to guarantee a better quality of life.
The apartment is fully equipped and well organized: air conditioning, TV, free wifi internet, full kitchen, washing machine, dryer, phone, iron.
The apartment is composed as follows: room with a double bed, large living room with open space without doors but very bright, which offers a space of continuity with the other rooms of the house, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with tub. You will find towels for each guest and each bed will have its own linen. The tourist tax is 3.5 € per person per day. For the second and third bed there is a supplement of € 10.00 per bed
