Geräumiges Objekt mit Mängeln

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Sicheres Viertel mit Cafes und Restaurants in der Nähe. Leider an drei Nächten in Folge im direkt angrenzenden Park laute Musik bis halb drei morgens. Die Balkonmöbel haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Ansonsten sehr schöner großer Balkon. Metro fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
