We offer 2 bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms, a third bed in the bedrooms if necessary, one sofa bed in the living room, a very well equiped kitchen opening on to a large private balcony with table and chairs for a summer dinner, air condition or heating, WiFi and satellite TV, washing machine, iron, as well as linens, towels free of charge, coffee, tea and sugar, shampoo and soap complementary as well.

This is a great apartment that we rent for maximum 7 persons of the same family or group of friends traveling together.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as advertised. Host was super helpful before and during the trip even helping us get travel arrangements to the airport for our trip home. Bus stop was just up the street making it easy to get into the heart of Rome and all the attractions. Some nice restaurants and a grocery store very close to the location. The only item that was not expected was lack of available parking. We had a rental car from other Italy travel but had no luck finding a spot for it and took it back to the rental agency the day we arrived. I should have expected this being it is Rome but is something you should know if you are looking at staying here. The parking was a small issue but we would stay here again without questions. I highly recommend it for its location, host and cleanliness.

We enjoyed the convenient location — it’s within walking distance of several grocery stores (including a large supermarket) and a slightly longer walk to the Vatican. The apartment is in a quiet area, and each room has its own AC unit that also works for heating, which was very handy. Coffee and snacks were waiting for us on arrival, and the building’s security staff were friendly and even accepted deliveries for us. We had a plenty of clean towels. That said, the kitchen is quite small. There’s no dishwasher and limited counter space if you plan to cook meals. We also noticed some mold on the bathroom ceiling, which should be addressed. The toilets could have been cleaner upon our arrival, and the shower drained very slowly. Also, make sure you've got washing machine detergent.

This apartment exceeded every expectation we had for our family of 6. The communication was responsive, the area was safe, and cleanliness and attention to detail was impeccable. We especially appreciated the extra towels, toilet paper, and soap. We received great information about the local restaurants to try. We love that there were umbrellas by the door, books to learn about the region, and coffee pods to start our mornings. We spent time on the lovely terrace and even used the washing machine. A bonus was having such large rooms with wardrobes and cool AC. The bus pickup and grocery stores are within a short walk and we quickly felt comfortable getting around. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us and a special thank you to Ada and Romula for the responsive communication every step of the way. We highly recommend this home away from home!

You can’t beat the location!

What an incredible location! Our stay in Rome was absolutely unforgettable! The apartment was equipped with everything a traveller could wish for, making our experience even more enjoyable. And the best part? Everything we needed—from grocery stores and vibrant markets to cozy restaurants and delightful pastry shops—was just a short stroll away! Romula, the apartment manager and the friendly gate staff made us feel right at home. Number 44 Apartment was a perfect fit for our family of five, and we couldn't have asked for a better adventure!
