This boutique hotel was just what we were looking for. The older building had character and charm. It is when we were greeted by the courteous staff on checkin that we were surprised to see the well appointed suite with a modern twist. The morning breakfast was perfect to start our day in Rome and served with a gracious smile every day. We will return to this quaint find and we that all the staff for their attentiveness and kindness.

The Place 217 was exactly what we were looking for for our stay in Rome. The room was spacious and well appointed and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and very accommodating. We recommend staying at The Place 217.
