The staff were amazing the spa was a must as it was so relaxing. The room were nice and the beds were comfy. They sorted out the taxis too and from the airport for €70 each way. Was a shame there was no sports massage available as they are redoing the room they use Will defo go again if traveling to rome.

Breakfast was slightly disappointing as there was a lot of options you had to pay extra for. Roof terrace was closed but I guess that’s due to it being early March. All the staff seemed very pleasant

The great- Staff is incredible. SO professional and helpful. The not so great- Be aware the pool/hot tub is an up charge of $100++ for one hour, it is NOT included as it appears on the listing. Room was incredibly dusty, especially opening the curtains and we found clothing from prior tenant under the bed, house keeping was responsive with towel/coffee requests. The location is about a 15 min walk to the Tiber River and the condensed shopping area. Staff explains how to take the bus which is pretty easy. The tourist area is about a 15-30 walk.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Also, when needing essentials, like TP, they responded very promptly. Very easy to get public transit from hotel to central Rome and back. The area at night was nice and quiet and a good break from the busyness of central Rome. Room was very clean.
