A gem in the heart of Rome
Fantastic service!!! The entire staff went way out of their way to help us with all aspects of our stay--giving us advice on restaurants (and making the reservations for us), arranging for our transportation from the airport and then to our cruise ship in Civitavecchia, helping us with our many bags, and working with us on an issue with our reservation. Each and every member of the staff was polite, respectful, and helpful any time we made a request or simply passed by on our way out the door. Amazing. The hotel is in an excellent location for walking to many of Rome's most famous sites. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the price was more than reasonable. The beds were a little hard, but every other aspect of our stay was beyond expectations.

GREAT boutique hotel SO comfortable & stylish
Outstanding hotel in every respect. This was a last minute choice for just one night, chosen on the bases of other reviews, pix, location. ALL were exactly as described. We LOVED this hotel. Def a boutique style hotel which excels at a warm and friendly welcome, and at creating rooms that make a guest feel pampered. Beds are very comfortable, bedding excellent, stylish room, the bathroom was beautifully done. Appreciated the convenience of an espresso pod machine, kettle, mini frig. Room had electronically controlled blackout curtains (button by the bed), We stayed on a Saturday night and yet - clearly well built as it was blissfully quiet. Great location, right up the street from a Metro, easy walk to the Borghese Gardens: a wonderful huge green oasis for a stroll, a coffee, and several fantastic museums. 15 min walk to Termini if you don't want to take transit or a cab. Many restaurants all around. Bonus: as Gold Level Hotels members we were given a bottle of wine from the mini bar (perfect for a couple glasses to start the evening.) The Triviho is HIGH on our list for a return visit.
