Such a cool property in an old building, but updated to modern standards. The shower was large! The outdoor terrace was also huge and the location can’t be beat if you want near to Termini and the Colosseum. Lots of great cafes and restaurants around and walkable to almost anywhere.

Highly recommend—wonderful host and perfect location! We had a great stay here! The location is perfect for sightseeing, as you can easily walk to the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. It’s also very convenient for travel, with great public bus connections and Roma Termini just a short walk away. A special shoutout to our host, who was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. Thank you for a great trip!

The facilities are totally remodeled and pretty. Everything works perfectly! The owner is super organized and provides assistance by email and WhatsApp. The place is clean and pleasant! You can get bus, train and metro easily and it’s close to a beautiful basilica, Santa Maria Maggiore, walking distance.

This stay in the neighborhood of Monti in Center of Rome was spectacular! We were right in the middle of everything! Restaurants and all major Historical landmarks. Allesandro was so fantastic and relied to every question or need we had. He is is Rockstar! We would definitely come back to this place again! Ciao!

Alessandro, the host (though not the owner) was amazingly helpful. Our room was large and nice. Our only disappointments were that there are no blackout drapes, despite what the listing says, and that the elevator that is referenced in the listing serves only one of the three available units. It did not service ours. As a result, we had to climb or descend 38 winding steps each time we left or returned to our rented accommodation. As I am nearly 80 years old, that did not enhance our stay.
