About this property

Very special place in the heart of Rome

Our stay in the Flavia's apartment was amazing. The location is great - literally in the middle of the city center, a walkable distance to main historical places, 20 min to Vatican, 25 min to Forum / Colosseum. Note that the city center is quite large, so be prepared to walk a lot anyway (to my opinion, the best way to explore Rome is by walking). The apartment itself has a very nice old-style atmosphere with views of cozy streets and roofs like in story-tales. Everything appeared as in the pictures provided. Nightlife is literally downstairs - there are many pubs and restaurants nearby. Our hosts, Flavia and Nicola, were very kind to leave us a welcoming gift including some good wine with sweets and pasta - exactly what we needed after a long and late trip. We definitely want to stay at this place once again!

Fantastic family vacation in Rome! My family (husband and 3 adult children) stayed here for a week and walked everywhere. The flat was very clean, spacious, centrally located and walkable to Rome's major sites. The Host communicated very well. Highly recommend!

Excellent find in Rome! Wonderful apartment. Comfortable beds. Clean. Well-equipped. Host bent over backward to meet us early and allow luggage storage before we could check in. All attractions within walking distance for we four 65 year-olds--Colosseum, Vatican, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Trastevere. Restaurants and bars all around. 2 blocks to Piazza Navona. Just do it!

Hidden Gem in the Heart of Rome

Our stay at the flat was perfect for our multi generational family. Ideally located with restaurants and Piazza Navonna nearby we felt like we were never too far from anything we wanted to do or see. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the flat which allowed for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably after a full day of sightseeing. Check in/out was easy and seamless- would stay here again with out hesitation.

Apartment is huge location is fantastic. Close to bars, restaurants, shops, etc. 3 min walk from Piazza Navona. We are 2 seniors who stayed for 4th of July with kids (50's) and grandaughters (18, 23). Apt so spacious, I still haven't seen all of it! Now I'll list the challenges-won't necessarily apply to you! Key system slightly complex, separate keys for front door, side door, elevator, entrance door. washer/dryer complex, took all night to do 1 load. Living room a/c needs "help" from master b/r so door needs to be kept open. Portable a/c unit in 1 br underpowered. Would we stay again-absolutely. Romance of Rome and Location certainly worth every Euro. The management is great too, easy to contact and very responsive!

The property was in an absolutely perfect location. We could walk to Vatican City to the Colosseum to the pantheon to Piazza Verona and the Trevi fountain! Restaurants and bars were at our doorstep. The only caveat I have is that the stairs inside the apartment can be difficult for older guests. I am 78 and there were two bedrooms and one a bathroom I could not use. It is not a major problem as there were two other bedrooms on one level and a bathroom with a short step. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location for week in Rome

Stunning flat. Plenty of room for 3 couples. Absolutely perfect location—walking distance to many sites and easy to get around. Lovely small outdoor area was used every afternoon for wine and conversation. Only blip was a couple of noisy nights due to club in area. Would definitely stay here again.
