WI-FI, AC, FANS, MICROW, DISHWASHER, WASHING MACHINE. Ideal for relaxation after a day of invigorating explorations in the art world of this mysterious and fascinating city.

This delightful house is on the third floor (no elevator) of a building from the beginning of the 20th century, just 5 minutes from the Colosseum, also known as the Flavio amphitheater and behind the Fori Imperiali, in the heart of ancient Rome. The apartment is 70 square meters, just renovated and consists of a cozy living room with sofa and armchairs and dining area with a table for 6 people, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, one of which, if necessary, can become a double, a full bathroom with shower and a well-equipped kitchen: four hotplates, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and access to a small balcony from inside the courtyard with plants of asparagina to water , especially in the warmer months. Both for hot water and for heating there is an autonomous gas system. The apartment has AIR CONDITIONING, FANS, WASHING MACHINE and Wi-Fi.
Ideal for a family or a group of friends. Walking around the neighborhood is particularly fascinating and enjoyable because you will find it rich in artisans, boutiques and shops full of charm and personality.

Nice apartment, great location

Our family of five spent three nights in the apartment. We had a nice stay - the apartment was clean, warm and well stocked. The location of the apartment was really convenient - very near the coliseum with plenty of restaurants nearby. Constanza was really communicative but we didn't need anything during our stay. Wonderful location, we appreciated being near to a metro stop and walking distance to many sights. Adequate kitchen facilities, we cooked a number of times. Washer and drying rack were also well used by our little family. We really felt like we had a good amount of comfortable space to relax in after long days of walking. We could hear some noise at night due to the restaurant/bar below, but it was very reasonable considering the location. The stairs up aren't a huge problem, just make you earn that extra scoop of gelato ;)

This apartment was great. Had everything you needed. And all of the main attractions were within a 20 minute walk. Also a very short walk to subway and termini station was about a 15 minute walk so it was easy for day trips as well. I would love to stay here again.

Fantastic apartment in a really excellent location. The apartment was light and airy and had everything needed for a fantastic stay. All major sights close by and very convenient to metro and termini. Vibrant streets surrounding with easy access to supermarkets etc. Costanza was fantastic and very informative about the local areas and Rome in general. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family stay

We had a great stay in this apartment. Our host, Constanza, let us in an hour early and gave us a warm welcome. She also worked quickly the next day to get the washer fixed so that we could do our laundry.The place is great for a family, with a room of three beds so that no one needed to share.The location is just 5 minutes from a subway stop and close to shops, food, and an outstanding gelateria. We were delighted.
