My room was excellent. Very clean and fresh. The staff are so friendly, helpful, professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. The rooms are spacious and high-end; we easily fit a large dog crate in the room with plenty of floor space to spare. The complimentary breakfast was high quality and delicious. I also appreciated the unlimited hot drinks and water, it’s those small details that make a stay feel special. We'll definitely be back.
