Soaring ceilings with skylights and ceiling fans throughout keep it comfortable and inviting. Enjoy a book or good conversation in the comfortable, spacious living and dining areas or step out on the balcony from the living room and enjoy the sounds of the birds, crickets, and the waves. You can also stroll down to enjoy a sunset from the Adirondack chairs on the dock.

Despite staying right on Seneca Lake in a quiet neighborhood location, this property is in the middle of everything, including the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. We are also adjacent to the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail and 15 minutes from restaurants, shopping, breweries, wineries, cideries, and numerous park and recreation options.

A fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave, full size appliances, and a propane grill outside make it easy if you want to enjoy your meals at home. Wake up to a view of the lake from the comfy queen size bed (indirect view). The cozy, well-appointed bedroom is steps away from the full bath. The bathroom features a heated ceramic tile floor and a bright, roomy shower. A hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and all towels are here for you. A washer and dryer, laundry detergent, and an iron and ironing board are conveniently located in the hall closet should you need them.

Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are here for your enjoyment and, if you don't want to watch TV, Seneca's everchanging waters, birds, stunning sunsets, and the stars at night provide entertainment and usually have a relaxing, calming effect. Whether you're enjoying the view of the lake from the living room sofa, the bedroom, the balcony, or out on the dock, it's so beautiful regardless of the season. Our location on the east side of Seneca Lake afford us gorgeous sunsets so try to catch one while you're here! Don't be surprised if you see Bald Eagles, Loons, Great Blue Herons, Geese, Ducks, and many other birds while you're here.

A quick note about the bedroom: This space is bright and open with many skylights and windows. The skylights let in the beautiful morning light therefore it is not possible to have full blackout and dark in the bedroom. If you require this in order to get a good night's sleep, this space will not work well for you.

OUR AREA & RECREATION: We are in the middle of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and adjacent to the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail. The Finger Lakes Region boasts over 150 wineries, 75 craft- and family-owned breweries, award-winning cideries, distilleries, and even a Cheese Trail!

If you enjoy great outdoors, we are fortunate to have lots of natural beauty all around us including 1 National Wildlife Refuge and 1 State Wildlife Management Area, 2 State Forests, 1 National Park, 17 State Parks, and 19 Waterfalls. With all of these beautiful parks and forests comes miles and miles of amazing hiking and biking trails.

We are within minutes of Sampson State Park and Geneva State Park which both have marinas and watercraft rentals.
